I’m still alive.  Just thought I would say that I transitioned from powerlifting to crossfit, starting today.

I almost died, approached the light but did not grab it, haha.

12 box step-ups (20 inches)

9 hang cleans

6 push press

Made it 5 rounds, and 12 box step-ups.
